My stay at Hotel de Charme Laveno for a week in September 2018 was splendid, with large rooms featuring a mix of Nordic design and contemporary style. The sauna was mostly hot but occasionally cold, so it's best to check in advance. The location is remarkable, very relaxing, and close to the city and restaurants within walking distance. However, the breakfast selection could be improved in this 4-star hotel.
